Learn how to create a perfectly moulded Easter Egg and enjoy a chocolate tasting experience with award winning chocolatier Ruaraidh Bailey of North Coast Chocolates.
Using the finest quality Callebaut milk chocolate you will be shown how to paint your own creative design into the mould.
You will then flood your design with chocolate to create a smooth and deliciously thin (but strong) chocolate shell.
Once you have the two halves, you will be shown how to sandwich together to create your completed egg ready to eat!
Class also includes a tasting experience.
